The first part of the presentation describes the model of ownership of the Internet and includes the now famous and "CC-ed" cauliflower model of the Internet. The second part outlines the next revolution of open and descentralised voice infrastructure. The presentation finishes with a layout of the testbed/sandbox developed for IDRC during WSIS.
